List Imba starters for different server hosts (Netlify, GitHub Pages, etc)

After imba/imba#703 was merged, we added new starter templates in imba/imba#707.

We have a few examples + guides for deploying to different server providers / static site hosts now:

These are being added to the template in imba/imba-vite-template#7 - but it would be great to look these up from within imba.io as well.

Next steps

• Add an overview of starter template usage, with enough keywords that it becomes easy to find with the Imba.io lookup
• Check with community if there are any other uses of the templates, and include them
