ansible.cfg vs ansible.cfg.j2

#597 updated ansible.cfg, but cmdsrv role installs ansible.cfg.j2

both have existed for quite a long time. should they be the same?

Good catch. I would assume so, but I'm not sure — as I just took a quick look here:

Lines 245 to 250 in 11e8bfa

so ansible.cfg will end up in /opt/iiab/iiab-admin-console and control adm cons install

ansible.cfg.j2 will end up in /opt/admin/cmdsrv and control ansible runs from adm cons.

But there is still the question of whether they should have the same parameters.

Definitely we should try to standardize around interpreter_python=/usr/local/ansible/bin/python3 across the board for now.

(And hopefully that won't change for several years!)
