Error message needed for PCIC client if ifmVisionAssistant is connected for paramerization #7
Description
An error message should be produced if an attempt is made to open a device that is "occupied". In that case the ifmVisionAssitant was connected to the sensor and was in edit mode (parametrization of application). A timeout mechanism around that behaviour would also be useful.
