Deprecate Inventory system once Feasibility Study completed #15
Description
The inventory management will be handled through the UCAM medical database. Once the FS is finished (awaiting last patients at study site 'K'), the inventory can be backed up and deprecated.
Checklist
- Export and backup inventory to Sharepoint
- Shut down docker container and volumes
- Remove instances/inventory and merge changes
