contiki_os.h in stable includes testing files

Please see https://github.com/ibr-alg/wiselib/blob/master/wiselib.stable/external_interface/contiki/contiki_os.h. The file includes several header files (such as contiki_com_uart.h) that are only available in wiselib.testing.
