Would it be possible to also support importing the annotations/highlights captured with the Annotate plugin[1]? AFAIK, they get captured to a separate custom column that could be massaged to match the Calibre-native annotation syntax?
My use case behind this request is that I'm using Kobo e-reader for which there is no Calibre-native way of importing the highlights and notes, only the Annotation plugin supports Kobo. Unfortunately your Readwise plugin does not recognize anything else than the new Calibre 5.x native annotations and so I cannot copy my work over to Readwise. :-/
