Add ability to disable attribution block

It would be helpful, especially during development and testing, to turn off the attribution block.

The iDigBio API provides no_attribution parameter but this is not currently usable here.

I cannot currently get the search api to use the no_attribution parameter, it seems to be ignoring it completely.

no_attribution is poorly documented, we have no working examples in the search api documentation.
