Migration for Android NDK #11

Hello There.
Thanks for your great work.
I tested your projects and there are some version problems with eigen, and c++ but I succeeded to produce a python module.
I am currently working on migrating this project to android ndk modules so that I could use yolov5 and strongsort on android devices.
But I've struggled with this due to my lack of c++ knowledge.
have you tried it before?
