Outcome

Support truthful rollback or regression behavior when an autonomous fix is deployed and does not hold.

Acceptance criteria

• Failed fixes can be detected cleanly
• Product can trigger or reason about rollback/regression actions
• Runtime limitations are explicit where rollback cannot be owned automatically
