The actions actions/checkout@v4, actions/configure-pages@v5, actions/jekyll-build-pages@v1, and actions/upload-pages-artifact@v3 are not allowed in Hyperpolymath/polysafe-gitfixer because all actions must be pinned to a full-length commit SHA.
