Clean up repo

This repo should contain only hyperflow npm package code as mentioned in #9, other files should be moved to other repositories.

In particular, we should:

• move wfdsl to separate repository
• move example workflows to hyperflow workflow gallery
• remove workflow specific code from this repo (ismop/montage/etc.) – these should be provided by e.g. separate npm packages. Need to discuss how to manage it.
