Bug description and reproduction

1. Find a post that has at least one contributor tag.
2. Use the URL downloader to download the post with all import options on default.
3. Inspect the result and notice that the contributor tags are nowhere to be seen.

Example:
Original post:

Resulting tags when downloaded by Hydrus:

The contributor tag that was there on the original post is ignored by Hydrus.
The same behaviour applies when using the gallery downloader.
