Missing ffmpeg executable

After using the example command for the server in the "Load CMake project" step, there is no ffmpeg executable in the cmake-build-debug/external/Install/bin directory. Consequently, the example command in the "Setup Server" step fails.

Looking at the output of cmake, I discovered that the patching step for ffmpeg failed:

This patch failure only occurs when re-running the cmake command, because it tries to apply the patch to ffmpeg again.

The compilation issue was actually an error relating to libsvtav, as discussed at https://forums.linuxmint.com/viewtopic.php?p=2580634&sid=2f369815038fce6eedc19e746a6e8b29#p2580634

I was able to fix the issue by building ffmpeg without libsvtav.
