[Errno 2] No such file or directory....but file exist!!

$ ls
TeamViewer-15.dmg		readme.md               TeamViewer-id-changer.py 

I try also with absolute path but nothing. is it my python configuration the problem?

Just sudo python and drag and drop file TeamViewer-id-changer.py in your Terminal.
