GeoMx Proteomics (in development)
GeoMx is a digital spatial profiling platform that combines sequencing and proteomics to analyze both RNA and protein expression within specific regions of a tissue sample. This allows researchers to understand spatial biology and identify new biomarkers by maintaining the tissue's architectural context. For proteomics, it quantifies protein expression using antibodies linked to DNA barcodes, while sequencing-based assays measure thousands of RNA transcripts.
