Add weapon upgrade

Player should be able to buy a weapon to destroy obstacles and collect upgrades. Player should be able to make the following upgrades:

• Shots to collect
• shots to destroy
• manual accuracy
• reload speed
• automatic/manual
• automatic accuracy
