Cookie support during initial upgrade request

Please add a possibility to use a session cookie when making an initial websocket connection.

Often we use regular http log in for user authorization and a cookie is generated for the session. After that when a websocket connect request is made in the same session, session cookie is attached to it (which then receives a response with Http Status 101 - switching protocols). In this plugin I could not find a possibility to attach JSessionId as a header of the websocket request.
