This tool should treat commands like %{__python3} setup.py build as if they were %py3_build. Same with install.

I have seen a bunch of older spec files that use the raw %{__python3} setup.py build/install form instead of the %py3_build/%py3_install macros.

My plan would be to extend the existing py3_build_to_pyproject_wheel and py3_install_to_pyproject_install modifiers to also match patterns like:

• %{__python3} setup.py build [args] → %pyproject_wheel
• %{__python3} setup.py install [args] → %pyproject_install

I would also cover the common variants (%{python3}, %{__python3} %{py_setup}, etc.) since those show up in the wild too. Environment variables before the command would be handled with the same export logic that already exists for %py3_build.
