[REQ] Save sqlite database in a persistent volume

Feature Behavior

Stoke should save the sqlite database in a persistent volume to be able to not need to recreate the database every time.

Current Behavior

Sqlite databases are lost when deployed to helm. It is configured to only have an in memory database

Benefits

• Stoke does not drop the database after each run
