Listing lesson maintainers in the website

Hello!

Right now I'm serving as the Maintainer Community Lead for The Carpentries. We just finished onboarding for our newest maintainers cohort, and we have two people joining the HPC lessons.

I couldn't find a place where current maintainers are listed, just like other lesson programs in Carpentries have (for example, for Software it's in the data/curriculum.yaml file in the repository with the content for the website.

I found this page (https://www.hpc-carpentry.org/maintainers/) about "Our Maintainers", but it's not quite the same as the other lesson programs. If the website is updated to match the others, I could then add the name of our two new maintainers for the HPC lessons.

Just to note that this issue is very similar to #78. Sorry I didn't notice that one at first, but I'd be happy to close this one and move the discussion to #78
