I'm not quite clear what you're asking for. The nostr system as a whole is a pretty decent shared storage for events. Relay operators are of course free to choose which events they store, but if you don't like their policies then you are free to run your own relay.

Strfry has some mechanisms for syncing events such as negentropy, which can help.
