Question regarding key names with FN layer

Hello, i want to get some clarity on the key names to use in the config file. i am Logitech Pebble Keys 2 K380s. My aim is to keep the fn lock toggled such that the f1-f3 keys works normally for device switching and i can remap other function keys which are already assigned to some media/system shortcut.

So i am wondering how can i enter the key name in such cases, say i want to remap F7 key, its default shortcut points to (Meta + H) as confirmed from https://stendec.io/yakt/ . So should i just remap Meta + H to my target or is there a better/cleaner way to do this ?

Yes, if the hardware/driver makes the F7 key generate Meta + H input, then keymapper can only remap that.
