Support for GitHub Enterprise running on custom domains
Description
Ability to use fireactions with GitHub Enterprise servers running on custom domains.
By default fireactions will try to register on github.com.
Propsal
Add a new field in the configuration where the user is able to specify their own github endpoints.
Context
Users of GitHub Enterprise installations running on their own domain would be able to use fireactions for their self hosted runners.
