Bitrise CI/CD Plugin for JetBrains IDEs

By installing, accessing, or using the Bitrise CI/CD plugin ("the Plugin"), you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions ("Terms"). If you do not agree, do not install or use the Plugin.
We grant you a free, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to use the Plugin for personal and commercial purposes within JetBrains-based IDEs (IntelliJ IDEA, Android Studio, WebStorm, PyCharm, Rider, GoLand, and others).
You may not:
- Reverse-engineer, decompile, or disassemble the Plugin.
- Redistribute, sublicense, or sell the Plugin outside the JetBrains Marketplace.
- Remove or alter any proprietary notices or labels.
The Plugin provides an interface to the Bitrise CI/CD API, allowing you to monitor, trigger, and manage builds from within your IDE.
- The Plugin requires a valid Bitrise account and API token, which you provide.
- The Plugin communicates directly with the Bitrise API (
api.bitrise.io) using your credentials. - The Plugin is an independent project and is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Bitrise Inc. unless explicitly stated otherwise.
You are responsible for:
- Securing your Bitrise API token. Do not share it with unauthorized parties.
- Complying with Bitrise's Terms of Service when using the Bitrise API through this Plugin.
- Using the Plugin in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations.
The Plugin collects data only with your explicit consent. For full details, see our Privacy Policy.
In summary:
- Essential data (API token, settings) is stored locally on your machine and is never sent to us.
- Crash & performance data and usage analytics are collected only if you opt in.
- You can change your data preferences at any time in Settings > Tools > Bitrise CI/CD.
- All plugin features work regardless of your data sharing choices.
All rights, title, and interest in the Plugin — including but not limited to code, design, icons, and documentation — remain with HorizonLoop.
Open-source components used by the Plugin are subject to their respective licenses.
THE PLUGIN IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO THE WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.
We do not warrant that:
- The Plugin will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure.
- The Plugin will be compatible with all IDE versions or configurations.
- Build data displayed by the Plugin will be accurate or complete.
TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, IN NO EVENT SHALL HORIZONLOOP BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:
- Loss of data, profits, or business opportunities.
- Build failures, CI/CD pipeline disruptions, or deployment issues.
- Bitrise API downtime or service interruptions.
- Unauthorized access to your API token due to your own security practices.
OUR TOTAL LIABILITY SHALL NOT EXCEED THE AMOUNT YOU PAID FOR THE PLUGIN (WHICH IS ZERO FOR THE FREE VERSION).
- You may terminate this agreement at any time by uninstalling the Plugin.
- We may terminate or suspend your access to the Plugin if you violate these Terms.
- Upon termination, all data collection ceases immediately. Locally stored settings are removed when you uninstall the Plugin.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which HorizonLoop operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Changes will be communicated through:
- Updated terms in the plugin repository and website.
- Plugin update notes on the JetBrains Marketplace.
Continued use of the Plugin after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
