Adding photos to videos.

Please consider adding photos to videos. It would be great to be able to select photos from the gallery and add them on top of videos (similar to emojis).

Hi! Since you mentioned "similar to emojis," I’m guessing you’re using the video editor together with my other package pro_image_editor which shows that UI. If that’s the case, you can already do this.
Check out this example it includes an "Add Image" button that lets users add images from the gallery.
You can also see it in action in the web demo, under the section called "Frame" at the bottom.

Keep in mind, that example focuses on image editing only, but it’s easy to combine with the video editor.

Yes, you can add anything you want to the editor as long as you build it as a widget. The logic is the same as in the example above, you can simply add it as a WidgetLayer.

Currently, when I select text in the video editor, I am unable to paste a copied image/text into it.

Do you mean creating custom text functionality?
