Wrong binding to code system for regional sub division codes

The binding on sub vision codes (regionskoder) at https://hl7.dk/fhir/core/StructureDefinition-dk-core-RegionalSubDivisionCodes.html should not bind to the custom defined CodeSystem. Instead it should bind to the one defined by ISO : urn:iso:std:iso:3166:-2
