Understanding the connection between the dashboard and traefik from a pangolin deploy stack

I checked both:

and the docs here and:

• First, it seems that the pangolin docs are not up to date?
• My main question is how does the connection work from the traefik dashboard to the traefik instance part of the pangolin stack, this stack is in the 'pangolin' network, but I am confused on how those 2 connect. Is it through the agent?
