Reproduction steps

1. Log in to the website
2. Chat with ":)"
3. Chat with ":("

Expected result

When you enter ":)" it renders "smiley", when you enter ":(" it renders "disappointment"

Actual result

When you enter ":)" it renders "disappointment", when you enter ":(" - "smiley"
