Proposal: "Usage & Reflection" category for the new ToC

Saw the ToC is being restructured. Wanted to propose a category for tools that read ~/.claude/projects/**/*.jsonl locally — this cluster has grown enough to deserve its own bucket rather than getting buried under "Tools & Utilities."

Candidates worth including:

Cost / token visibility

• ccusage — the bill (13k+ ⭐)
• Claude-Code-Usage-Monitor — real-time monitor
• getburnd — cost leak patterns
• cc-cost — cost diagnostics

Session recap / reflection

• ccstory — weekly recap with narrative
• claude-recap — per-topic session memory
• claude-code-sessions — session intelligence

Possible category names: "Usage & Reflection", "Local Analytics", "Session Insights". Happy to PR a structured section once you decide on the bucket name + nesting.

@atomchung thanks it's a good idea - usage monitors is obviously a massive category, but session... um... something, is a good one too. Thanks.
