Add ci/cd pipeline

Add a cicd pipeline that runs the testsuite automatically.

We adapted the CI/CD pipeline of the original repo. We still need to adjust the test cases and verify why they are failing

We also need to make sure that tags will update the wasm program in the gh-pages branch
