If the weights are 1000, 100, and 10, then the highest possible score is 1110 when you multiply the 0-1 scores (assuming all the scores are 0-1, which they are not when --gap-measure is edge and the groups are static).
An overall score would make the sorting transparent. I should also be sure that the weights are somehow always in the file if I provide an overall score...
