Add Toggle to not check for Mullvad VPN

Hi,

WHAT
It would be great if you could add a toggle to set the proxy settings without checking for a mullvad VPN connection.

WHY
I use a split VPN for the 10.124.0.0/16 network used by the mullvad proxy servers.
That way I get the benefit of mullvad proxies in all Browsers or applications I set it,
while the rest of the system goes over the normal ISP connection
