Automatic conversion to ENSEMBL gene identifiers for Nicheformer

Nicheformer's gene vocabulary is keyed with ENSEMBL gene identifiers.
It does not currently convert other identifiers to ENSEMBL and fails.
We will add the conversion capability akin to Geneformer's.
