minikube: Improve cluster creation UX

This issue is about improving the cluster creation experience.

Drivers

The minikube plugin already uses the minikube built in auto-selection of drivers.

• Whilst the minikube built in auto select (with driver option and documentation link available to users) works pretty well, it's lacking in some areas.
• For example, it worked for everyone who tried it at contribfest... but they are Kubernetes people already and they all had docker installed. (A devops person without docker/podman installed? Rare. A newbie? Not so rare.)
• If they don't have docker on windows, or docker in their WSL? It won't work for them, without them following the documentation link and following that documentation. Not a smooth UX.

Stretch goals:

• Support windows WSL users. Headlamp for windows working inside the users WSL. windows: app: Add WSL support kubernetes-sigs/headlamp#3451
• windows nodes [machine]:windows node setup minikube-machine/machine#13 [minikube]:windows node setup bobsira/minikube#4
• windows Home (most popular version of windows)
• low memory machines (4GB and 8GB machines)
• Not requiring admin privileges (qemu maybe?)
• Some requests were for this to support kind and k3s instead. (not everyone uses minikube, and k3s has some advantages).
• MacOS 26 has a new container runtime.
• Using Flatcar (in a VM, maybe with the ssh or bare metal driver... to enable lower memory and faster cluster creation, and better upgrades / better security).

I'm working on improving the UI code, and testing it better.

Additionally I'm working on making the experience better for WSL users. Then I'm going to try and get the experience with kvm2 on linux/Ubuntu 22 and Ubuntu 24 working better.
