DLL UI freezes on startup

When used with current nighly HDSDR build, the ExtIO DLL's UI generates some error (I hear a DING! sound), and then freezes up the display and main application to the point where I have to use taskmanager to kill it. This is with the RTL V4 dongle.

Addition: I pulled the source, and built it. That DLL is ~305KiB, compared to the ~600KiB of the precompiled one, and does not even attempt to connect to the dongle.
