New maintainers needed!

@quchen and I have been largely inactive in this project for the past ~3 years. It would be great if some new people would take better care of it.

Regarding qualifications:

• You should be somewhat responsive, review PRs and discuss issues.
• It would be really great to have a maintainer who is also a user of prettyprinter and/or has experience with other pretty-printing libraries.

I hope to add 2 or 3 new co-maintainers, so even when someone is unresponsive for a while, the others can take up the slack.

As for myself, I intend to stay involved for the next 2 years. Unless I develop a renewed interest in pretty-printing, I hope that I can eventually stop being involved in maintenance here.

I'm very interested to do that. I've been a user of prettyprinter for a while, and I use it pretty (pun definitely intended) heavily in my typechecker.

@a-02, you asked me what to prioritize. I'll respond here, so @Ei30metry (and anyone interested) can participate too.

PRs to review:

• Add PrettyAnn type class #256
• Add better color support #224 (Add underline styling and hyperlinking support to prettyprinter-ansi-terminal #235 and Add support for "faint" intensity #260 are related). I suspect Add better color support #224 will need a new "driver", so if you like the changes, maybe one of you can rebase it and get it over the line.
• Add unsafeTextWithLength #230

Issues:

• Exponential runtime for layoutSmart + fillSep + sep #205 is terrible but also kind of tricky. You're welcome to investigate. I actually don't really know how to debug such performance issues. :| Maybe you do?!
