[BUG]: Hashlist link in superhashlist edit does not work

Bug observed during testing

When editing a superhashlist, the included child hashlists are displayed
as clickable links. However, clicking a link does not navigate to the
hashlist edit page — the user stays on the same page while only the URL
changes from the superhashlist edit URL
(e.g. /hashlists/hashlist/24/edit) to the child hashlist edit URL
(e.g. /hashlists/hashlist/5/edit).

This raises a question about the intended behavior:

• If clicking should navigate to the child hashlist edit page,
  the navigation bug needs to be fixed.
• If clicking should not navigate anywhere, the child hashlist
  names should be displayed as plain text instead of links.

Needs clarification before resolving.
