Can't add account. Authorize button disabled

I just tried to set up Hawk Eye for the first time and I can not get past the authorization step when adding a new account due the the Authorize App button being disabled.

Additionally, I get a browser warning at the top of the app window.

I have the same issue but I AM on Windows 10 using the latest version of Hawk Eye. I uninstalled it until it is fixed.
