Not working with PN532 NFC chip

Hi I have a PN532 NFCNDEFTag chip connected to an Arduino Uno, the chip should send a ndef message to the phone, everything works good in Android while this app seems not to see the chip.
The app works with a card but not with the chip?
Do you know why?
