Not producing all outputs?

When I use this command:
FGS+ -s Test_contigs.fna -o Test/Tests_contig.faa -w 0 -t complete -p 23 -m 30000

I only produce the .faa file non of the other files.

FGS+ -s test-contigs.fasta -o test/ -w 1 -t complete -p 24 -m 30000 -e 1 -d 1

-e 1 option should produce the .gff correct? Still not working?
-d 1 option produces an empty .ffn file.
Plus it overwrites the folder so it can't open

This is still an issue. It seems that the version of FGS+ does not allow .ffn files to be created.
