In some countries the week starts on Monday, make the settings with the ability to specify whether the week starts

Hi @hackoh,

Do you keep on maintaining this package ?
As @visavi said in some countries weeks start on monday.
Even if its possible to use the config file "calendar.php" to put "start_of_the_week" => 1 i won't recommend it while it breaks all the display using Calendar_Cell_Month->get_weeks() loop.

Is there a trick to fix this ?
