• Some way to tag tickets that are resolved
  • Potentially a button/dropdown in the user-facing msg. will require making that

App Home dashboard for question tags

• List of qtags (use dividers to divide) with label, non-closed tagged Qs, total tagged Qs, tagged Qs last week perhaps
• Edit label of qtags
• Merge qtags
• See untagged questions and easily tag them

Medium

• Make team tags persist in the selector between reloads, like qtags do (if possible)
• Tag question tags with team tags, so a team tag gets applied automatically when a question tag is applied
• createdBy field on tags so we know who made em
• sort tags in dropdown by how common they are
• creating a question tag from the backend message should probably add it to that question

• Tag descriptions
• Viewing all Qs with a specific tag
