Onready trigger doesn't work #62
Description
When using trigger type "onready" with/without delay, the banner does not trigger. Not sure how "onready" state is evaluated.

Possible workaround:
- edit all exponea-animate classnames to exponea-animate-custom in CSS
- create mounted function, that appends expone-animate-custom to the banner element after some time
(problem is, that the banner show event is tracked right away, so it corrupts the reporting)
