User playlist based in databse env #2
Description
By the way user can add items to their playlist, playlists own by users without a account will erase every 24h so evey time this acessed this will reset the time untill data been erased. Playlists owned by users with an account will be append in "playlists" on right pannel, with tracks chossen before by that user.
