Consider moving translator to Query to support translation in `apply`

This is a bug, since the object graph query doesn't apply the same translation as the SQL query. We can make that work, but it wouldn't be a trivial change, so I'm fine removing the translation from the SQL query if you are.

After thinking about it, I believe this is overkill. For any context (hashmap) to which a query may be applied, the builder of the context is responsible for storing entries to be matched by the query.
