Create a new pypi release for recent updates

I'm currently a maintainer for an openembedded meta-layer called meta-python that uses the python-cson package.  We are currently using a git hash to get the latest code with a couple bug fixes, but I'd prefer to use a 'real' release.  Is there any chance you can create a 1.0.10 with the current fixes included pushed to pypi?
