Conversion from HTML to pdf

I want to convert html to pdf. How to acheive it with this library.
PdfGenerator class from PdfSharp seems to be missing.

Hmm, seems like this was already removed before, you are welcome to readd the generator, if you send me a pull request I'll gladly add it ;)
(sadly I don't have much time at the moment, but I'm happy to add new contributors)
