Support setting timeout for grub/isolinux on cmdline #38

Would be nice if grml2usb and/or grml2iso would allow setting the timeout on the bootloader (isolinux/syslinux and GRUB), without having to go through a full grml-live remastering process or repacking the ISO manually.
