I tried it out a month or two ago, and its usage of sub-agents was quite interesting, however I felt like it was too big and opinionated, and I like being able to tweak and understand the stack as much as I can within reason.

No I don't. Feel enough of vanilla Opencode features. I see it looks like Kilo Code with orchestration feature. By the way, Kilo Code forked Opencode - Kilo Code Cli, and you can use orchestration there, but I also haven't tryed yet.

I often have ideas about my projects during commuting or before going to bed. My projects are all on my server, so I need a Telegram bot (on my phone) to direct OpenCode. I previously used OpenClaw, but when I saw this project, I realized how foolish I was to make an extra call to the LLM, because essentially all I need is for the bot to unconditionally forward my ideas to OpenCode. ❤️
