Need to add restart functionality

Need to have instruction to have opportunity to restart server/servers according to configuration.

I think just gracefully stop is not enough, we need to KILL nodes.

"kill" is graceful stop. "kill -9" is not. =) So, mechanism should be
pretty much the same.
